In Episode 1, we dive into the world of T.A.Z, an underground artist and former NCCU student. This episode highlights T.A.Z's journey, artistic expression, and the cultural impact of the underground music scene.
In Episode 2, we spotlight Faze, a Fayetteville, NC rap artist and streetwear designer. Signed to AZUS Records, he uses his music to highlight his lyricism, storytelling, and passion.
In Episode 3 we dive into the story of YUNG Citizen, a Charlotte, NC native with a passion for music and community. From a young age, the love for music drove him to become a self-taught musician, perfecting his craft and pursuing a degree in music, and mentoring the youth.
For my final project in 9th Wonder's Hip Hop History class, I explored Jay Z's, "The Black Album".
